Anonymity and Confidentiality
A person submitting information to the Auditor's office may remain anonymous by not providing personal information. However, please understand that submitting information anonymously may limit our ability to obtain additional information that may be necessary for a thorough investigation. It is also important to note that all submissions of information-even those in which individuals have not requested anonymity--will remain confidential until notified otherwise.

Be sure to include as much information as possible, including any pertinent documents. This can be very important for initiating and completing an investigation.
