We're pleased to offer a quick and convenient way for City of Auburn customers to submit utility payments online using a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express credit card.
This eGovernment service includes a Service Fee of 2.75% of the amount paid.
If you are currently disconnected and make an online payment, your utilities WILL NOT be reconnected unless you contact our office to inform us of the payment. Auburn Water and Sewer allows up to 48 hours after we receive payment to reconnect any services.
