This application will allow Sponsors to submit their renewal application for continuing education programs. Users will be required to upload their annual report and roster of attendees. Sponsors must be approved by the Kentucky Board of Social Work before providing any continuing education programs. Application(s) must be submitted at least thirty (30) days in advance of the commencement of the program. The fee for review of a Sponsor Application for renewal is $150. This eGovernment service includes a Portal Administrative Fee of $5.25.
